Choir
Choir practice is every Wednesday evening from 7:30 - 8:30 in the sanctuary. We warm up at 10 AM in the fellowship hall on Sunday mornings, and process in from the rear of the church. If you enjoy making a joyful noise, we would love to have you join us! In this day of increasing costs, it takes around $50 to buy one new anthem for our choir. With the other associated annual expenses and the cost of buying music, our music budget--which has remained unchanged for the past two years--is very tight. Some churches have found they can stretch the music budget by asking for individual gifts to purchase new music in honor of living persons or families in the church, or in memory of someone who has passed on. Your contribution to honor someone with a gift dedicated to this purpose would be very much appreciated, and "the gift by __________ in honor/memory of ____________", will be duly noted on the Sunday that the music is sung.
